A high perfoming culture and excellent career growth opportunities as this IT function grows!Your new roleOur client is looking for an experienced Applications Architect to help to improve adoption of the global applications strategy. Reporting to the Head of IT, you will travel between offices reviewing current applications landscape and designing a structure to improve global consistency across the application landscape.Role responsibilities

Evaluate the existing local application portfolio to identify opportunities for consolidationinto the global application architecture.
Work closely with local and global stakeholders to understand business processes and

ensure that the headquarters’ applications meet local business needs. * Develop a clear strategy and roadmap for the migration of local applications to globalplatforms, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. * Drive the adoption of global applications within local entities by leading changemanagement initiatives and providing support and training. * Conduct regular reviews and audits of local applications to identify any deviations fromglobal standards and take corrective action as necessary. * Provide expert guidance on the application architecture to local IT teams, assisting inresolving any issues that arise during the transition. * Act as a liaison between local businesses and global IT to facilitate effective communicationand alignment of IT strategies. * Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities to enhance the global application architecture.About you

Minimum 3 years in a similar Application Architecture position
Strong background in applications and business consulting
Experience working across numerous regions with a focus on the APJ region
Excellent skaeholder management and influencing skills
A passion for Application architect and process improvment
