To find out more visit our website at .MSS Security is currently seeking professional and reliable Casual Security Officers to join our team, working across two US Consulate sites located in St Kilda and Toorak. This is a unique and high-profile opportunity ideal for candidates who are vigilant, responsible, and committed to maintaining a secure environment.Roles/Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to restricted areas, including verifying IDs, issuing passes, and enforcing authorisation protocols.
Operate and monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, X-ray machines, and metal detectors to maintain situational awareness and respond to threats.
Conduct screening of personnel, visitors, and deliveries, including ID checks, bag inspections, and personal screening for prohibited items.
Maintain clear communication with other security posts, patrols, and consulate staff to coordinate movements and ensure procedural compliance.
Perform regular patrols (internal, external, and residence) to ensure doors, gates, and perimeters are secure and report hazards or irregularities.
Respond to security incidents or alerts, including initiating lockdowns, denying access, or calling for backup as per protocol.
Log and report all relevant activities, incidents, and irregularities accurately in official records, logs, or reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be an Australian Citizen
Certificate II in security operations (Or higher)
Possess a Handcuff and Baton Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
Victorian Security License
Victorian Driver’s License
Valid First Aid & CPR
Willing to undergo a National Police Check
24*7 Availability
