- Demonstrated high level attention to detail
- Cash handling experience in a past-paced environment
- Experience using CRM systems, particularly InfoGenesis and LINKS
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft applications (preferably Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrable high-level customer service skills
- Willingness to undertake Leadership and Performance Management training
- Availability/flexibility to work shifts per operational requirement
- Clear performance management history for 12 months
