- Proven success in a Business Development Manager role in transport, logistics, or rail freight.
- Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sustainable revenue.
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and hunt new business
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Business acumen with a hands-on, solutions-driven mindset.
- Competent with technology and the ability to use CRM and freight management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in intermodal or linehaul rail freight is highly desirable.
