- Develop and conduct learn to swim lessons or squad programs according to the clear progression plan of Thredbo Swim Academy.
- Independently set-up/pack-down and maintain swimming equipment for required lessons to provide a welcoming and safe environment for students to learn.
- Liaise with other staff, parents and students to improve services
- Support your students to achieve their goals
- Promote the development of the leisure centre programs and training opportunities to existing and prospective members.
- Experience is preferred but not necessary as relevant training will be provided.
- Qualified Swim Instructor with AUSTSWIM/SCTA (or willing to get qualified)
- Current NSW WWCC Required
- Current Senior First Aid & CPR Required
