- Identify and secure new commercial partnerships across everyday and lifestyle industries through end-to-end negotiation and deal execution
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies
- Work with Partner Success leader, technology, and marketing teams to integrate partner offers into the rewards program
- Own revenue targets and commercial KPIs for partner sales, developing business cases and financial models in collaboration with finance
- Ensure partnerships meet financial objectives by packaging solutions that drive profitable growth and performance
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform sales and partnership strategy and drive innovation in offer design, earn mechanics, and member engagement
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and represent the loyalty team at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
- Foster open partner communication, champion innovation and customer-centricity, and drive continuous improvement of the loyalty program
- 7+ years in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles-ideally within loyalty, retail, or fintech
- Proven experience in commercial strategy, preferably within financial services or loyalty
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in business case development
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging industry and senior stakeholders
- Strong ability to synthesize market data and drive data-informed decisions
- Experience influencing cross functional teams and working with external partners to drive success
