What you will be required to do:In the role of Data Entry Officer, you will provide a range of administrative support services utilising a broad range of software programs and systems.
Vehicle fleet administration
Mail, filing and document control activities
Purchase stationery and office supplies and PPE
Arranging meetings, setting up of conference rooms & ordering catering
Word processing
Filing and photocopying
To be successful in the role you will:
Current C class license
Strong background in providing administration support
Experience using Microsoft Office
Attention to detail is paramount
