About the roleDue to continued growth, Liebherr-Adelaide is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrical Fitter to compliment afternoon shift (2pm to 10.06pm). Reporting to Team Leader Reporting to the Team Leader, Remanufacturing - The Electrical Fitter is responsible for the provision of safe, efficient and compliant; inspection, repair and overhaul services to capital equipment components in the remanufacturing facility.Duties

Inspect components for conformity with established standards
Request required spare parts
Operate workshop equipment including mobile lifting equipment
Use a variety of electronic testing and measuring instruments
Perform diagnostic analysis on complex electrical systems, circuits boards digital / analogue controls and instrumentation equipment
Rebuild, repair, maintain and overhaul complex electrical components and systems
Participate in OEM training
Maintain a very high standard of housekeeping at all times

Skills & Experience

Certificate III Electrotechnology (HV) or similar essential
High Risk Licence LF, DG, & EWP all highly desirable
Large excavator / haul truck and mining equipment experience is well regarded
Highly competent in the use of measurement equipment to tight tolerances
Able to work independentl
