When you're accepted into the Penske Apprenticeship Program, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of our passionate and talented technicians and receive formal training through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).Upon completion of your 4-year apprenticeship, you will have earned a trade qualification that is recognised globally.Nationally Accredited Trade Certificate being offered:Apprentice Diesel TechnicianAUR31116 - Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical TechnologyAbout You
  • Completed Year 11 (or equivalent).
  • Have a mechanical aptitude and take pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
  • A passion for vehicles, engines or the automotive industry demonstrated through work experience and/or hobbies and interests.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop a range of new skills associated with your chosen trade.
  • Motivation to achieve individual and team goals and objectives by actively contributing to attain results.
  • A commitment to Health and Safety.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
