- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support inventory planning.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure stock availability aligns with business needs.
- Analyse historical data and market trends to improve forecast accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory levels.
- Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions proactively.
- Prepare and present regular demand planning reports to stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives within the supply chain department.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of demand planning experience.
- A strong background in demand forecasting or supply chain planning.
- Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
- An hourly rate of approx. $47- $60 plus superannuation
- 6-month temporary role
