We are seeking an experienced Cladding Estimator to join a reputable Cladding/Facade company delivering high-quality commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding builds.Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for cladding works on commercial projects
- Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to determine material and labour requirements
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and availability
- Work closely with project managers to ensure budgets and timelines are met
- Proven experience in estimating for cladding or façade projects
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
