Assist dentists and oral health professionals during procedures.
Manage stock control, sterilisation, and infection control protocols.
Provide leadership and training to dental assistants.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Deliver outstanding patient care and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Dental experience essential and exposure to a similar position highly desirable.
Proven experience in a dental or healthcare setting (essential).
Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (highly desirable).
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Passionate about providing outstanding patient care.
Proficiency with dental software systems.
