Our client, a well-established leader in the wine industry, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team in Oxley.With a warehouse stocked with premium wine – both ambient and refrigerated – this is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing hours, especially leading into the busy holiday season.Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (38 hours per week)
- Ongoing work with extra shifts during Christmas peak
- LF forklift duties: loading/unloading trucks and stock put aways
- Picking wine orders using paper-based picking slips (no scanners)
- Handling cases, bottles, and wine kegs (up to 80 different bottles per order)
- Operating electric pallet jacks (experience essential)
- Working in and out of a cold room
- Assisting with general housekeeping
- Manual lifting of up to 18kgs
- Current LF Forklift Licence (required)
- Prior warehouse picking experience (paper-based preferred)
- Comfortable working in cool environments
- Physically fit with excellent attention to detail
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Available for a meet & greet before commencing
