We have an opportunity available for a Fine Dining Waiter or an experienced Food & Beverage attendant with extensive a la carte Dinner Service experience to join our Restaurant Team. You’ll enjoy interacting with a variety of guests to ensure they have a memorable experience. Working in our beautiful Azure Restaurant, you’ll be greeting guests and introducing them to the best cuisine Byron has to offer. Fine Dining or Dinner a la carte experience is required.Your role: Maintain the highest level of Food & Beverage service standards and sequence of service within our Restaurant. Professionally converse with our guests by explaining the menu and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments when required to ensure a smooth operation and high level of guest satisfaction. The main hours for this role are between 2.30pm - 10.30pm, during summer you may finish at 11pm. We have 30-35 Hours a week available initially.A little bit about us: Nestled on fifty acres of absolute beach front paradise, Elements of Byron is an award-winning resort offering luxury accommodation options, world-class resort facilities and unforgettable experiences. Your passion for wine and your extensive wine knowledge would see you excel.We are looking for a motivated, energetic and passionate foodie to join our team.To be successful you will hold a current NSW RSA, be a strong team player, working well with other colleagues on the floor and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.Requirements

Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
WHV holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 6 month commitment to the resort.
Previous hotel, resort or restaurant a la carte dinner experience is essential
Previous experience working as a Fine Dining Waiter is highly desirable as is your extensive wine knowledge
Current NSW RSA and drivers licence
High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
Actively demonstrate pride in your work
Strong work ethic and punctuality
The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
