  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 10+ years' experience as an Electrical Engineer, with a proven track record of leading complex projects
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical design, analysis and testing and verification techniques
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working in the aerospace or defence industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to obtain the necessary security clearances

Key responsibilities * Oversee the design, development and implementation of electrical systems and components
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure projects design meets the customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems into larger system architectures
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to more junior members of the engineering team
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
