You’ll step into a structured, collaborative environment where accuracy, integrity, and process matter.🧾 Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable: levies, invoicing, collections, reconciliations
Ensure AR records are accurate and up-to-date; resolve discrepancies efficiently
Oversee annual testing and issue resolution of the billing engine
Run fortnightly Accounts Payable compliance checks
Conduct quarterly reviews of AP and procurement controls
Identify and report compliance breaches or control weaknesses
Support external audits (ANAO) with financial records and commentary
Ensure all activity aligns with legislative and policy requirements

✅ You’ll Bring:

Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and billing in a government, regulatory, or large corporate setting
Strong grasp of AP compliance, financial controls, and audit environments
Able to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Confident communicator with experience responding to external auditors
Exposure to Oracle Financials (AR, AP, billing engine) is highly desirable
Degree-qualified in Accounting, Finance or similar (preferred)
Must be an Australian Citizen (due to Federal Government security requirements)
