You enjoy working with smart, dedicated and genuinely nice people and you love the challenge of making the world a better place through clean, renewable energy projects.You can work part time or full time in either Hobart or Melbourne.We can't wait for you to join our team as a Professional Electrical Engineer and bring your fresh perspective to the team. This role will give you the opportunity to work on diverse projects including wind, solar, battery storage, in Tasmania, on the mainland or internationally for a broad range of clients.You will work with, and actively contribute to an effective and experienced team who will help you to further develop your skills and knowledge.You have a background working in the energy sector, preferably with some experience in the following areas:

Minimum of 3 years' experience.
Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering.
Primary equipment specifications and plant layouts
Grid connection studies
Generator Performance Standards (GPS) compliance assessments
System augmentation
Modification of power system equipment
Alterations to system operating regimes
Hold point testing and/or commissioning of generating plants
Power system modelling
Modelling software experience using:

PSSE
PSCAD essential
Powerfactory
SINCAL highly desired
Python and Matlab highly desired
