This role provides support to a variety of clinics within the centre with both front-line and back office components, with a focus on delivering SLHD's commitment to Patient and Family Centred Care.For more information, please view theIdeal CandidateDemonstrated experience providing phone and face-to-face customer service in a high-volume client setting with superior communication and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated experience in using an extensive client database registration system preferably in a health/medical setting.
- Experience working within a team to meet high-volume customer related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Understanding of Medical Billing Requirements.
