- Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
- Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
- Providing Drinks Service, fixing machine errors and maintaining the gaming floor
- Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including TAB and Keno
- Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently; and
- Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.
- Must be willing to work in smoking areas whilst wearing a face mask
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential
- Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
