
HR Services Manager

- Shape and lead a high-performing People Services team across Australia and New Zealand
- Play a critical role in HR compliance, immigration risk, and process improvement
- Partner with senior leaders on strategic HR initiatives and transformation projects
- 12 Month Contract
- Lead and develop a team of People Services professionals to deliver high-quality HR operations and support
- Oversee HR compliance, policy and process frameworks, and maintain accurate employee records
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and integration across People Services, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition
- Partner with the wider HR function on critical projects including remuneration programs, policy rollouts, and compliance reporting (e.g. WGEA)
- Provide partnering support to non-logistics Linfox businesses
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
- Strong HR operations background with experience in a centralised HR services model
- Working knowledge of SAP, HRIS systems, and payroll principles
- Strong compliance and process management capability
- A data-driven, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
