The analyst will be responsible for eliciting and understanding core processes across both Marsh and Honan, systems currently in use and key activities carried out across multiple roles. A lot of the early up front analysis work would be carried out by the BA and then presented back to the Business Leaders to summarise key findings and proposed next steps.Strong attention to detail.5+ years in a similar role within the insurance/operations & technology industry.Established and productive professional individual contributor.Ability to work as a self-starter and as part of a small team to contribute to the project’s success.Previous experience of working within a change management environment role.Confidence liaising with internal stakeholders.Able to cope with high demand required by stakeholders.Willingness to challenge current state processes and proposing new ways of working to uncover additional opportunities for efficiency gains.Experience in transformational change and organisational integration resulting from company acquisitions and/or strategic implementations.Excellent Microsoft Office product knowledge including Visio.Proven history of working within a standard framework of delivery.Proven experience of for creating and communicating visual models/diagrams of business or organizational processes.Previous experience of working within the rigours of a structured project management environment.What you need to have:Degree educated.BA Certificate.Experience of Software Development Lifecycle, particularly Agile Scrum.Process efficiency related training/certifications (i.e. Six Sigma).About Marsh:is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
