About the role:Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, this successful applicant will begiven the training and skills required to run and supervise the Customer Service Department in the absence of the Manager.Weekend and closing shifts will be required for this role. Applicants must be 18 years or older, as the role involves selling tobacco products.Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

POS knowledge is preferred, but not essential
Ability and openness to learn new skills
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
Unparalleled commitment to customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to liaise with both team members and management
A flair for merchandising
Commitment to work health and safety standard
