- Research and shortlist lenders that align with client goals and credit policies
- Complete servicing calculators and prepare lender-specific strategy recommendations
- Prepare funding scenarios, valuation orders, and preliminary assessment reports
- Assist with ApplyOnline submissions and lender-specific documentation
- Liaise with clients, brokers, and lender BDMs from submission through to settlement
- Prepare and follow up on loan application notes, compliance documentation, and MIRs
- Maintain updates across CRM and client files, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Prepare discharge authorities and facilitate document signing appointments with clients
- Deliver timely updates to clients, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the process
- Liaise with accountants, solicitors, and real estate agents to ensure all parties are aligned
- Ensure the loan journey is smooth and stress-free for clients from approval to settlement
- Provide general administration support to the team and help maintain a clean and organised office environment
- Participate in occasional off-site events, promotions, and internal conferences
- 3+ years’ experience in loan processing, para-broking, or mortgage support
- Strong knowledge of home loans, commercial finance, and SMSF lending
- A proactive, analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with ApplyOnline, lender portals, and Google/Microsoft tools
- Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (preferred but not essential)
