Lead Critical Care Services with vision and expertise. This senior role provides operational and clinical leadership, driving safe, efficient care while mentoring senior nursing and midwifery staff. Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date.Essential Criteria:Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Selection Criteria:Hold or working towards relevant post graduate tertiary qualification, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.Demonstrated evidence of broad management experience encompassing administration, human resource management, finance and resource management, and health service delivery.Demonstrated evidence in building effective teams to meet clinical service activity an identified reporting targets. This would include blending people into teams, creating strong morale and spirit within teams, sharing wins and successes, fostering open dialogue and creating feeling of belonging in the team.Extensive knowledge and demonstrated evidence of working to meet MoH, WSLHD and local key performance indicators relating to critical care services and the reporting requirements within this framework.Demonstrated ability to be resilient in meeting the demands of services that are constantly fluctuating or changing based on clinical need and requirements.Person and patient focused. Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external stakeholders. By relating well to all kinds of people and being an active advocate for all levels of staff can build appropriate rapport; constructive and effective relationships to use for improvements in care and services.Demonstrated high level interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including competency in health related software applications (eg: eMR; FirstNet; PFP; HealthRoster) and all Microsoft Office applications.Requisition ID: REQ594667
