- Own and lead Radware’s commercial strategy across ANZ – including direct sales, channel development, and enterprise penetration.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales and pre-sales team, ensuring consistent overachievement of targets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, partners, and MSSPs.
- Define go-to-market strategies aligned with Radware’s cybersecurity and application delivery portfolio.
- Forecast accurately and drive a predictable pipeline through disciplined execution and accountability.
- Serve as the voice of ANZ customers internally, driving innovation, service excellence, and customer success.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align priorities, escalate challenges, and deliver results.
- 15+ years of technology sales experience, including 7+ years in a leadership role – preferably in cybersecurity, networking, SaaS, or cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in ANZ, including channel ecosystem development, strategic account acquisition, and partner GTM execution.
- Strong technical acumen in cybersecurity or networking – capable of understanding complex customer environments and Radware’s value proposition.
- A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and scaling regional business.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching capabilities, with a talent for motivating teams in fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in forecasting, pipeline management, and driving accountability through data-driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred.
