As one of our Sales Consultants, you'll be an expert in our key products: foreign currency, prepaid travel money cards, and international money transfers. Success with us means listening to your customer, asking open questions to understand their needs, and offering solutions that help them get the most out of their holiday. You'll deliver your service with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to outstanding customer service, and will have the ability to build your loyal customer base and drive local marketing initiatives.About you...Experience working towards and achieving sales targets and KPI'sYou have a passion for customer serviceComprehensive computer skills and the ability to confidently learn new computer systemsYou're ambitious, highly motivated and an efficient organiserYou have exceptional attention to detail and love problem solvingGreat remuneration structure - get paid your way!After three months in the role, you will be able to choose your own pay journey - stick to our great guaranteed structure of $57k plus super, OR opt in to our incentive structure. This option is a base wage of $53k, plus super, plus commissions.
