Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.Position Profile: In collaboration with the Manager Population Health East and colleagues, plans, implements and evaluates Occupational Therapy services and relevant health promotion programs to the designated communities serviced by Population Health East.The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment.
