Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance menu offerings and customer satisfaction
Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Solid understanding of various cooking techniques and culinary principles
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification is desirable
Eligibility for regional sponsorship in Australia (482 visa)
