THE OPPORTUNITY:This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a highly dynamic and modern accounting firm in Sydney.With a focus beyond tax compliance services, this organisation has built an outstanding range of service offerings that covers the entirety of a client’s financial and wealth needs, including tax advisory, SMSF management, wealth services and risk/succession advisory. Furthermore, the organisation has recognised the requirement for tailored client solutions and have established an impressive service solution for high profile individuals, entrepreneurs, families, SMEs and multi-entity clients.This unique organisation has experienced unparalleled success in the market, attracting an interesting portfolio of successful clients.They are now requiring an experienced Supervisor (or a Senior wanting to step up) to share in their successes and continued growth.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a portfolio of clients from SMEs to large multi-entity clients.
Provide strategies to clients in relation to budgeting & cash flow planning, tax structuring, tax planning, business structuring etc.
Preparing tax compliance for all entities including large groups
Provide a holistic wealth service to clients
Support the Directors and assist with the strategic direction of the firm
Assist with the management and supervision of staff including workflow, review and training
Maintain an ongoing awareness of market/industry and competitor trends and grow your portfolio through continuous improvement initiatives
Assist with business development activities including drafting proposals and conducting client meetings

ABOUT YOU:

CA or CPA qualified accountant
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with clients, C-level contacts, and high profile individuals
You will be a motivated individual with a positive attitude, professional demeanour and excellent customer service skills
