The position has a strong operational focus, ensuring services are stable, secure, and continuously improved. You’ll also play a key role in incident resolution, vendor management, and governance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operational support of integration services, ensuring uptime, performance, and user satisfaction
- Design and implement integrations using iPaaS, APIs, ETL, and RPA tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues with cross-functional teams and vendors
- Drive continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and preventative measures
- Manage application security, compliance, and governance requirements
- Coordinate upgrades, releases, and change management with minimal disruption
- Strong background in integration design and delivery (iPaaS, RPA, ETL, APIs)
- Experience in RESTful API development and management
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HR systems)
- Knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and source control (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Commercial acumen and ability to work in a large, complex environment
