- Manage the Direct Marketing team to execute and manage broadcast and automated campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), primarily through email and SMS
- Manage the Direct Marketing team to execute and manage Web Push through the platform OneSignal
- Identify and implement opportunities for new automations based on business KPIs to improve sales based on consumer behaviours and segmentation
- Use a data-driven approach for campaign and strategy decision-making
- Monitor the send schedule and content to avoid spam traps and maintain a positive sender reputation
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain data integrity
- Assist with the translation of business problems into technical outcomes to our external agencies
- Stay up to date on retention and email best practices and any updates to Australian Privacy Laws
- You have the ability to analyse campaign data and monitor results and key performance metrics
- You have excellent stakeholder, communication skills and negotiation skills
- You have an understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics capabilities
- You know your way around the Salesforce Suite
- You have a strong attention to detail
- 3+ years experience in Direct Marketing or CRM , ideally within a comparable fast-paced environment working across eDM and SMS
- Hands-on experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platform, ideally for a large retailer with both digital and bricks-and-mortar stores
- Prior experience working across a diverse portfolio – trade campaigns, test and learn, lifecycle campaigns and Personalisation projects
- Examples of strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to take stakeholders on a story-telling journey using data
- You live the mantra of ‘executing with excellence’ with a focus on optimisation, attention to detail and desire to always beat last weeks performance
- Basic knowledge and understanding of SQL commands and proven ability working with data
- HTML/CSS coding experience within an email framework
- Basic AMP Script Coding experience
- Experience with Salesforce Personalisation (or Interaction Studio)
- Experience working closely with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing teams
- Management Experience
