It will ideally be highly regarded if you have high expectations and possess the belief that every child can succeed and that every child is important. The successful applicant will ideally support the teacher to nurture students’ academic and social and emotional growth.Ideally, the successful applicant will ideally display experience in supporting phonics, oral language and social and emotional learning programs. Under the guidance of the teacher, you will assist in the delivery of planned educational programs, implement individual or small-group programs and provide valuable feedback to support student learning, including working with students identified as being at educational risk.
