As part of the Colleges K12 Executive team, your leadership will:
  • Foster a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
  • Drive curriculum design and pedagogical excellence
  • Mentor and inspire educators and early childhood teachers
  • Ensure compliance, child safety, and A&R readiness
  • Strengthen transitions and school-family partnerships
About you:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) and NESA Registration (essential)
  • At least five years experience in leadership, ideally within a school-attached early learning centre
  • In-depth knowledge of EYLF V2.0, NQF/NQS, and child safety regulations
  • Strong experience with Assessment & Rating and Quality Improvement Planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A leadership style that balances warmth, accountability, and vision
