The Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa is an iconic tourist destination and award winning spa located in the heart of Australia's Spa Capital nestled in the Hepburn Mineral Springs Reserve near Daylesford 90 minutes from Melbourne.The RoleWe are seeking qualified and experienced Barber to join our team.The Baber at Hepburn will be responsible for the 5-star spa experience of our guests from treatment delivery to retail recommendations. Services provided will be a mixture of traditional barbering techniques with contemporary wellness practices. You will provide personalised grooming consultations and recommend premium hair and beard care products. You will contribute to a seamless guest experience while maintaining strict adherence to health, safety & brand protocols.Our Spa operates 7 days a week, 10am to 7pm.Please note:

This is a contactor role; the barber will invoice for services and manage their own tax and superannuation.
Hours based on availability and guest demand.
Use of spa facilities are included.
Contractors are expected to adhere to all spa brand standards and practices.

Essential:

Minimum 2 year’s experience in high-end barbering environments
Certificate III in Barbering
Police check
First Aid & CPR Certificate
ABN and relevant insurances including Public Liability

Desirable:

Pool Lifeguard qualification
