Responsibilities:The key objectives for this role are:

Project manage or provide project engineering support to deliver EPC/EPCM projects from project scoping and initiation, front end design, through detailed design, procurement, construction, hand over and close-out
Manage project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
Foster a culture of safe delivery, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration

Minimum 12 years direct experience managing projects on major hazards facilities (MHF)
A safety leader with demonstrable experience of embedding safety considerations into all phases of a project
Proven experience in managing capital projects in the chemicals / agricultural sectors
Demonstrated project delivery skills necessary to initiate and lead project packages, develop design / implementation schedules, execution methodologies and provide on-going status reports to the senior management team and the client
Hands-on and performance driven Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a live operational environment.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded
Must be available to work onsite in Laverton, Victoria
