Job Description:Our WhyDatacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people's lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.About the Role (your why)As Contracts Manager, you'll provide commercial and contractual support to our Federal Government customer base. You'll be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or managing contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. You will work with the sales and service teams, as well as the legal department, to structure contracts. In addition, you will analyse contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.Due to customer requirements, and to be successful in your application for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with a current Government Baseline Security Clearance.This role can be Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne based.   • Contract Management
  • Contract formation, review & negotiation
  • Develop, build and facilitate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and Track Financials.
We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.What you'll bringYou'll have exceptional knowledge of Managed Services (outsourcing) Contract Management, preferably with hands on experience with Federal Government contracts. You will bring at least 5 years' experience from a similar commercial or contract management position. It is imperative that you are self-driven, proactive and highly analytical, with strong negotiation skills.
