You'll be responsible for negotiating, structuring, and/or managing contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, customers and/or partners. You will work with the sales and service teams, as well as the legal department, to structure contracts. In addition, you will analyse contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government specifications and other requirements.Due to customer requirements, and to be successful in your application for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen with a current Government Baseline Security Clearance.This role can be Canberra, Sydney, Adelaide or Melbourne based. Contract Management
Contract formation, review & negotiation
Develop, build and facilitate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Monitor and Track Financials.

You will bring at least 5 years' experience from a similar commercial or contract management position. It is imperative that you are self-driven, proactive and highly analytical, with strong negotiation skills.
