- Writing effective and concise content for bids, proposals, and presentations.
- Contributing content to the Knowledge Management platform by developing case studies, CVs, and creative elements.
- Compiling and collating fee proposals, submissions, and tenders, ensuring all required documentation is included in a timely manner.
- Preparing fee proposal templates and drafts, which includes typing, copying, printing, filing, and delivery.
- Assisting in research on clients for tenders, bids, and proposals.
- Setting up and maintaining corporate CVs, project profiles, photos, and capability statements.
- Ensuring statements and documents are updated and maintained for tenders and proposals.
- Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in drafting, proofing, and editing documents.
- A mature attitude, with the ability to learn quickly and be proactive.
- The ability to multi-task, work with multiple stakeholders, and show initiative.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of Canva is desirable.
