What we need from you:

Federal Government Experience
Baseline Clearance Mandatory - NV1 or higher preferred
Proven Business Analyst or SAP Functional experience across large, complex environments.

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts and SAP Functional Specialists to support the delivery and transformation of large-scale enterprise programs. These roles will work across ERP transition projects, system enhancements, and process optimisation initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes for both business stakeholders and technical teams.Opportunities include:

Lead Business Analyst / Functional Designer - Drive ERP design and readiness, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
SAP Functional Consultants - Apply expertise across multiple SAP modules (S/4HANA and/or ECC) including Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Real Estate, Supplier Relationship Management, FICO, Master Data, API/Integration, and Reporting.
Business Process Analysts - Document, map and optimise business processes using tools such as Holocentric and ARIS.
Business Engagement Specialists - Lead communication, change management and stakeholder readiness for ERP transition phases.
Technical SAP Leads & Functional Designers - Provide technical and functional expertise across SAP modules and integrations with other systems.
Specialist BAs - Support Environmental, Safety, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and GEO/GIS solutions.
Technical Writers / Business Analysts - Develop high-quality process and system design documentation.

What you'll bring:

Strong ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Experience in ERP, system design, and/or business process optimisation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in SAP modules and/or business process mapping tools (Holocentric, ARIS) highly regarded.
