Professional Search Group is seeking an exceptional communicator and customer service superstar to work as a L2 IT Helpdesk Officer for a global market leader in the manufacturing and distribution industry.The Role
Based in the eastern suburbs, you will work within a small close-knit team of experienced technicians to provide onsite technological support at level 1 but predominantly within the level 2 space.Your Skills
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a Desktop Support role.
- IT troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with a ticketing system.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows Desktop Environments.
- Knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Virtualisation including VMWare.
- Veeam and Server Builds.
- Mobile and Printer support.
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Good time management skills with the ability to learn.
- A team player.
- A passion for IT.
- Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
