Our client is a leading provider of specialist health services in Victoria. We are seeking reliable and motivated Cleaners to join their team in Melbourne CBD. Working at a major Hospital, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, hygienic and safe environment for staff, patients and visitors. This is a casual role offering full-time hours with the view to becoming permanent based on performance.Shifts available:
Day: 6:30am 3:30pm
Afternoon: 3:00pm 11:00pmKey Duties
- Clean allocated hospital areas to DHHS standards
- Perform isolation and infection control cleaning as required
- Remove rubbish and linen safely
- Correct use of cleaning equipment, PPE and detergents
- Complete checklists, handovers and report issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with support services team
- Experience in cleaning (health or aged care highly regarded)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Current Police Check (issued within last 12 months)
- Influenza & COVID-19 vaccinations (up to date)
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWC)
- Full Work Rights (Student Visa holders need not apply)
- $33.85 per hour
- Consistent full-time hours (casual)
