About the role:To provide clinical services, in a senior clinician capacity including outpatient services and inpatient specialist expertise in the management of Clinical Haematology patients with general, malignant and transplant indicated Haematological conditions under your care. Contribute to the operation and management of the SVH Stem Cell laboratory.Key Responsibility:Provision of clinical services to patients, both inpatients and outpatients including participation in the on-call and consults and bone marrow reporting rostersCompletion of 2 face to face clinics at Griffith Base Hospital per month, along with additional telehealth services to Murrumbidgee and local patientsContribute to the teaching, supervision and mentorship of haematology fellows, advanced trainees, and junior medical staff, nursing and allied health staffParticipation as sub-investigator in review of clinical trials patients and completion of trials-associated tasks as requiredContribute to ward rounds, clinical meetingsContribute to Unit Management meetingsContribute to research in the departmentDiversity and Inclusion at St Vincent's:St Vincent's is committed to employing a workforce that reflects the community we care for.
