- Ensure appropriate stock levels of spare parts are available
- Maintain up to date service records for all service and repair work.
- Minimise operational downtime of equipment.
- Review maintenance protocols and standards
- Update and/or document Standard Operstion Procedures as required
- Preparing or reviewing SWMS, JSA
- Undertake chemical analysis and system dosing as per agreed schedule and document results
- Issue work scopes and instructions for other subcontractors to assist you in maintaining the plant.
- Promote a safety first, zero harm culture - champion safety with your colleagues and customers.Skills and Abilities:- Ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified Plant Production Engineer
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong focus on safe work and supervision to ensure safety
- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritise the completion of maintenance tasks with experience minimising downtime
- Good communication and customer services skills
