Key Account ManagerWork with talented, driven professional team.Future Growth Opportunities and Development OpportunitiesAttractive salary - work life balance” Connecting People and Places to Make the World Work Better”.We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager responsible for a fully integrated facilities services contract. As KAM, you will be responsible for providing vision, leadership and drive to maximise business growth, profitability for this local partner of ISS across a national portfolio. This role would suit a motivated professional with experience managing multiservice and technical facilities across multiple sites.Here is a snapshot of what you will do:

Manage and maintain close working relationship with client representatives and ISS.
Create strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional and global ISS account leads.
Drive and develop your Facility Managers and other onsite leaders to ensure ongoing service delivery across the fully integrated model.
Manage multiple services steams of facility hard and soft management across Australia.
Ensure strong subcontractor management in line with ISS policy.
Manage the application of Asset Management plans to ensure all compliances are met as per contract scope and life cycling models.
Manage and achieve budget revenue.
Demonstrate a commitment to HSE and positive attitude to reinforce safety.
Manage an environmental and sustainable outcome for the portfolio.

What will you possess to be successful:

Tertiary education in facility management, business or similar qualifications would be highly regarded.
Technical background with experience in maintaining critical equipment.
Exceptional planning, organising and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Compliance requirements of buildings
Risk management approach to building management.
Competent in carrying HSE risk assessments and Incident investigations.
Leadership ability
