to the centralised databaseContribute to the implementation of community engagement plans, including drafting required materialsAssist with preparation and distribution of project
communications as required, including traffic alerts, letterboxRespond to customer, community and stakeholder
enquiries and complaints (received via email, phone, social
media and in-person)Participate in the Public Affairs communications 24/7 on-call
roster to deal with community and stakeholder issues out of
hoursSupport incident and emergency management communications
