Churches of Christ is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to lead our contracts and compliance function, ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce governance across our diverse services. Your ImpactAs a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll:
- Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant employment contracts
- Coach and support a small team to foster collaboration and high performance
- Review and improve workflows for contract generation and compliance tracking
- Ensure adherence to legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support seamless onboarding and workforce governance
- Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, with a focus on contracts and compliance
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Experience supervising a team and managing competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Aurion, HR Onboard) and Microsoft Office
- Commitment to data privacy, document control, and continuous improvement
