Churches of Christ is seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to lead our contracts and compliance function, ensuring smooth onboarding and workforce governance across our diverse services. We operate more than 200 services across 100 communities in Queensland and Victoria, supporting families, youth, the elderly, and vulnerable individuals through aged care, housing, and community services. Your ImpactAs a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll:
- Lead the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant employment contracts
- Coach and support a small team to foster collaboration and high performance
- Review and improve workflows for contract generation and compliance tracking
- Ensure adherence to legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support seamless onboarding and workforce governance
- Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance HR operations
- 5+ years’ experience in HR, with a focus on contracts and compliance
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and industrial instruments
- Experience supervising a team and managing competing priorities
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Aurion, HR Onboard) and Microsoft Office
- Commitment to data privacy, document control, and continuous improvement
