
Manager, Employment (IEA)

- Based on-site within any of our ESAs**, with travel required
- Level 6 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018)
- Ensuring Flourish Australia’s Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program complies with contractual obligations and maintains high professional standards and high performance against the IEA quality framework and benchmarking
- Ensuring all IEA programs and services meet the minimum expectations of performance and compliance under the IEA quality assurance certification
- Ensuring that IEA programs are delivered within the principles of the Recovery Action Framework and Practice Framework, and that jobseekers are treated with dignity and respect at all times
- Work collaboratively with other managers across the IEA program to ensure consistent delivery of service
- A minimum of 3 years in a similar position
- Extensive experience in the employment sector, including in DSS funded employment services
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience working within contractual guidelines
- Demonstrate advanced understanding of the challenges faced by people with a lived experience of severe and persistent mental health issues in obtaining and maintaining open employment
- Advanced understanding and demonstrated application of recovery-oriented services
- Maintain a current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Level 6 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018)
