With stunning beaches and a buzzing community spirit, it's the ideal spot to find the perfect balance between work and relaxation.This is a seasonal position in our sugar processing factory which requires permanent night-shift work during the crushing season including weekends, overtime and day work during the maintenance period.Your Role in Action

Shredder Commander: Master the start-up and shutdown operation of shredders which are driven by steam turbines.
Mobile Plant Pro: Hop on mobile equipment to tackle product spills, re-rail bins, and handle a variety of other tasks with ease.
Milling Train Assistant: Support the team by helping with the start-up and shutdown of the Milling Train
Smooth Operator: Clean and lubricate key equipment like spotters, carriers, and pinions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Tradesperson's Right Hand: Work alongside skilled shift tradespeople, providing hands-on support when and where it's required.
