- You'll work on a variety of interesting matters such as: Private M&A, including foreign investment and FIRB advice, Equity capital markets transactions, Corporate governance and board advisory.
- You'll be supported by experienced Partners who've built long-term, stable teams, and you'll work closely with colleagues across other practice areas nationally.
- Lawyer with 1-3 years' PQE in corporate, M&A, ECM, or commercial advisory
- A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
