As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More.Join the team in Casula as an Industrial and Marine Field Service Mechanic!Reporting to the Marine/Industrial Field Service Supervisor, this role will see you diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance tasks, and conducting meticulous inspections to ensure engines and associated equipment are in optimal working condition. With a focus on safety, you will work as part of a high performing team and autonomously to ensure all work completed meets CAT standards, resulting in reduced unit downtime and continued customer satisfaction.Specialising in Marine & Industrial equipment, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of CAT components from small pleasure craft with C7 engines through to C175 Generator sets.Skills & Experience
  • Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade - Heavy Diesel Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic OR Marine Mechanical Trades required.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar Equipment or OEM experience desirable.
  • Excellent diagnostic and repair skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure deliveries are made on time and to customer standard.
  • Ability to work autonomously in the field and in a team.
  • Current Drivers Licence.
  • Applicants with site bans are ineligible for Field Service Positions.
Roster and Remuneration
  • Monday to Friday, overtime available
  • Annual earnings from $135,000+
  • Phone, laptop and tool of trade vehicle supplied
