Join our Governance Team to ensure production quality meets specifications while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency. You'll be hands-on in quality testing, troubleshooting, and supporting production teams.
- First 2 months: 6am-2pm (Day shift)
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment (DMA, acidity testers, pH meters, etc.)
Identify and manage non-conforming products, ensuring corrective action is taken
Perform packaging material quality checks
Carry out line audits and process control monitoring
Participate in problem solving (RCPS, 5Y, Fishbone) and improvement projects
Support HACCP, GMP, and food safety compliance
Use SAP, Harford, and quality management systemsWhat You'll NeedScience or Food Technology qualification (or studying towards one) - preferred but not essential
Quality Control experience (ideally in food/beverage manufacturing)
Familiarity with analytical testing equipment
Strong problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and quality systems
